• Experience in SMT, Backend, and assembly environments.
• Knowledge of automotive customer requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish, plan, and monitor annual goals and objectives for Operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and site requirements.
• Monitor production forecasts and results to meet efficiency targets.
• Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating Master Production Schedule meetings.
