Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree with an automotive focus, or in your final year.
• Completed coursework such as fluid mechanics and materials mechanics.
• Advanced English (C1), including technical engineering vocabulary.
• Solid understanding of how internal combustion engines work.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Data-driven approach to solving complex problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; MS Office proficiency.
• Plus if you have CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE or CATIA V6.
• Familiarity with Engine Air and Exhaust components, materials and processes.

Responsabilités

• Support engineering activities so our programs deliver on time using Ford's development process.
• Help the responsible engineer validate parts against requirements and specs.
• Manage and audit the BOM and engineering change processes for prototype and production builds.
• Identify the validation, durability and functional tests each part needs.
• Take part in Technical Design Reviews and support vehicle quality tests.
