Rihting Industrial Co. in Bajío Leon, Gto, Mexico is seeking a Project Sales Engineer for the automotive industry to drive high-value engineering projects from discovery through close.

You will identify opportunities in painting technology and coating systems, develop technical-commercial proposals, manage the full sales cycle, and leverage an established automotive industry network to exceed targets.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in technical sales of engineering projects, paint lines, coating application systems, or industrial automation within the automotive sector.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and draft technical and commercial proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities for painting technology and coating system projects in automotive assembly plants.
• Develop tailored technical-commercial proposals based on client requirements and site specs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale account management.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets in a performance-tracked environment.
