Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Technology Manager to drive automation across its manufacturing sites in a global environment. You will lead end-to-end automation and logistics technology projects, partner with key suppliers, and oversee FAT/SAT activities from concept to handover.

The role emphasizes innovative solutions, risk management, and cross-functional teamwork. You will engage with Manufacturing Design & Implementation, Engineering, and Shopfloor Operations to translate strategic objectives

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex automation projects in manufacturing.
Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end automation and logistics technology projects from concept development through implementation.
Drive design and technical specification of new automated solutions with suppliers.
Plan and execute FAT/SAT activities and ensure successful handover to operations.
Drive innovation to improve machinery, automation technologies, and logistics processes.
Collaborate across Manufacturing Design & Implementation, Engineering, Manufacturing and external suppliers.
