Dentsply Sirona is seeking an Automation Supervisor to lead an automation team and deliver scalable, compliant automated solutions across manufacturing processes.

You will identify opportunities, plan, and implement automation projects, coordinating with multiple functional areas to improve productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in automation or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation or automation projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with PLC programming and robotics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Automation team, including performance feedback and payroll coordination.
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on feasibility and business value.
• Develop and execute automation project plans with resources, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Lead Change Control, Design Verification & Validation, and Process Validation activities.
• Program, troubleshoot, and improve PLCs and automated equipment; support testing.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Projects, OpEx, EHS, HR, Finance, R&D, and Marketing.
• Coordinate with suppliers during development, commissioning, and validation of automation equipment.
• Support continuous improvement, NPI, process transfers, and engineering changes.
• Stop processes when safety or quality issues arise and escalate as needed.
• Produce technical documentation, protocols, reports, and training materials.
