Responsibilities include leading design teams, managing installations, and ensuring documentation accuracy. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in industrial automation, be fluent in Spanish and English, and possess strong leadership skills. The role requires travel and offers a dynamic work environment within an engineering team.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience integrating motion-based electro-mechanical or automation equipment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee system installation and workflow design.
• Manage custom engineering and installation projects.
• Mentor early-experience colleagues.
• Collaborate with customers to refine equipment integration layouts.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained for reference.

Conocimientos

Fluent in Spanish and English

Experience delivering system level industrial automation solutions

Strong leadership skills with team development

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in SolidWorks

Experience designing motion-based electro-mechanical sub-systems

Educación

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering
