The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 2+ years of related experience, with hands-on knowledge of Allen Bradley, RSLogix, VFD drives, and electrical control systems. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Experience: 2+ years of related experience
• Strong PLC/controls knowledge (RSLogix)
• Electrical background (electrician or technician)
• Familiarity with AB controls and drives
• Experience with Fanuc/Kawasaki robotics and programming
• Ability to read prints and electrical schematics
• Lean/Six Sigma exposure is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Use plant monitoring software to review cycle times and project installations
• Troubleshoot PLC, robot, and automation issues during production
• Reprogram automation for engineering changes and improvements
• Define and maintain plant controls strategy aligned with ME Group Staff
• Review and load machine controls software for latest level
• Conduct Machine Acceptance for new/retool equipment
• Review and approve technical drawings and PIRs
• Coordinate vendor installations and energy efficiency initiatives
