Amphenol tcs busca un Ingeniero de Automatización de Manufactura para planificar y diseñar soluciones de automatización en procesos de fabricación. Colaborará con equipos para implementar mejoras y transferir tecnología, manteniendo foco en Lean y en la manufacturabilidad.

Se requiere experiencia en PLC, controles de baja tensión, robótica y herramientas GD&T, con disponibilidad para viajar. El rol implica liderazgo técnico y coordinación de proyectos en un entorno industrial.

Formación

• Ingeniería en Automatización de Manufactura con 3–5 años de experiencia.
• Conocimientos de PLC, controles de bajo voltaje, distribución de 3 fases y robótica.
• Capacidad para analizar diseños y mejorar procesos con Lean.
• Experiencia en diseño de herramientas/fijación y GD&T.
• Disponibilidad para viajar.
• Gestión de proyectos.

Responsabilidades

• Planificar y diseñar soluciones de automatización para procesos de fabricación.
• Gestionar transferencia de tecnología y aplicar Lean (flujo de una pieza, kanban, poka-yoke).
• Mejorar el diseño de producción para manufacturabilidad.
• Desarrollar e implementar mejoras de automatización en ensamblaje, mecanizado e inspección.
• Gestionar compras e instalación de equipos.
• Preparar documentación de manufactura y coordinar proyectos.
• Trabajar con clientes y proveedores para resolver problemas.
• Proporcionar entrenamiento y guiar a todos los niveles de empleados.
• Lograr OEE y uptime de equipos.
• Colaborar con Ingeniería de Procesos para RTY, FPY y scrap.

Responsabilidades

His individual will plan and design automation solutions for manufacturing processes. Requires strong experience managing and coordinating manufacturing technology transfer experience, in addition, requires experience in the Lean production principles and tools; capable of analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods and work force to maximize efficiency; and improving production design for manufacturability.

• Develop and implement improvements to existing automation in mechanical assembly, machining and inspection processes.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs for equipment.
• Manage equipment purchase and installation.
• Prepare manufacturing documentation.
• Coordinate projects.
• Work closely with internal and external customers and vendors to resolve issues and provide technical support
• Develop systems and layouts that follow lean manufacturing philosophies of one-piece flow and kanban, with emphasis on mistake proofing.
• Lead and direct meetings with other team members and hourly associates.
• Manage tooling and gauge design and drawings.
• Provide training and guidance to all employee levels in the operation and maintenance of new equipment.
• Meet and drive equipment OEE and Uptime.

Requisitos

• Solid understanding of computer programming and software development.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests.
• Creative thinking skills.

• Valid USA Visa and Mexican passport.
• Manufacturing Automation Engineer with 3-5 years’ experience.
• Lean manufacturing practices (Kanban, Poke-Yoke, JIT, Value Stream Mapping).
• Tool and fixture design and GD&T.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Understanding and functional knowledge of PLC’s, low voltage controls, three phase power distribution, vision systems. Electronic sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics.
• Machine specification and purchase order writing.
