Siemens Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico seeks an Automation Engineer to develop control and electrical designs (3D/2D), program automation equipment, and lead projects with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, IT/OT. You will also develop Python tools and explore AI for factory efficiency.

Required: a bachelor's in Mechatronics, Electrical or Automation Engineering, at least 1 year in industrial automation, and advanced English.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation or related field.
At least 1 year of proven experience in industrial automation projects.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

Develop control and electrical designs for automation equipment, including 3D and 2D schematics and documentation.
Program automation equipment and manufacturing systems according to Siemens S7 standards and autonomous control routines.
Develop, review, and troubleshoot PLC programs, HMI applications, and industrial automation systems.
Design, develop, and validate electrical power and control diagrams.
Lead project implementation activities and coordinate with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, EHS, IT/OT.
