The Cell Operator at Symbotic in a site-based facility is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining automated adapters and support equipment to ensure system readiness and performance. You will perform pre-operational checks, manage automated flow, troubleshoot stoppages, and use HMI terminals to safely operate equipment.

We value safety focus, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to support uptime in a fast-paced environment, with adherence to 5S and safety protocols across shifts.

Formación

• Technical training or equivalent experience with automated equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production automation or warehouse environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor, and maintain automated adapters and support equipment to ensure system readiness and performance.
• Perform pre-operational checks and manage automated flow to support production.
• Troubleshoot stoppages and follow recovery procedures.
• Use HMI screens and system dashboards to identify equipment conditions.
• Communicate production-impacting issues to operations and site leadership.
