Requirements include 2–4 years of hands-on Automation Anywhere experience, SDLC knowledge, and exposure to ERP/DB workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the RPA Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience automating web and desktop applications, Excel, PDFs
• Basic to intermediate SQL and database knowledge
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360).
• Automate business processes involving web and desktop applications, Excel, Outlook, PDFs, and databases.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and credential vault integrations.
• Enhance, maintain, and optimize existing bots to improve performance and reliability.
• Follow RPA best practices and development standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and monitor bot performance to meet SLAs.
• Support deployment activities and provide post-production support.
• Create and maintain process and technical documentation (PDDs and SDDs).
• Collaborate with BAs, QA, Architects, and Infra teams in Agile/Scrum with JIRA.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Automation Anywhere Developer to join our team in Monterrey. In this role, you will design, develop, and support intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A2019/A360.

Key Responsibilities

RPA Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360).
• Automate business processes involving web applications, desktop applications, Excel, Outlook, PDFs, and databases.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and credential vault integrations.
• Enhance, maintain, and optimize existing bots to improve performance and reliability.
• Follow RPA best practices and development standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Testing & Production Support

• Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis.
• Monitor bot performance and ensure compliance with established SLAs.
• Support deployment activities and provide post-production support.
• Create and maintain process and technical documentation, including PDDs and SDDs.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as JIRA.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, Architects, and Infrastructure teams to deliver successful automation projects.

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360)

Strong understanding of the RPA Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience automating:

• Web applications
• Desktop applications
• Excel-based processes
• PDF processing

Basic to intermediate SQL and database knowledge

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

Automation Anywhere 360 certifications

Experience with SAP, Citrix, ERP platforms, or legacy applications

Knowledge of OCR technologies and intelligent document processing

Familiarity with Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines

Exposure to AI-powered automation solutions
