Whirlpool Corporation in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and deliver controls and automation equipment for the RAMOS plant using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology.

The role focuses on installation, commissioning and handoff of process technologies, with responsibilities covering equipment readiness, startup, cycle time checks and safety reviews to ensure world-class production standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2+ years in development and delivery of automation equipment.
• 2+ years of commissioning, installation, and handoff contracts for process technologies.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Trial production of equipment and tooling.
• Startup of equipment and tooling.
• Equipment readiness (MPPAP, EEM 7 Steps, Equipment Open Issues).

The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.

2+ years of experience in the development and delivery of Controls & Automation equipment.

2+ years of experience in commissioning, installation, and handoff contracts for process technologies.

EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
