Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the RAMOS factory to develop and deliver world-class equipment, tooling and technology using WCM methodology. You will lead installation, startup and commissioning of process technology at RAMOS.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, experience with controls and automation, and be proficient in English at an intermediate level.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in development and delivery of Controls & Automation equipment.
• 2+ years of experience in commissioning, installation, and handoff contracts for process technologies.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• English: Intermediate.

Responsabilidades

• Install equipment, tooling and technology.
• Trial production of equipment and tooling.
• Startup of equipment and tooling.
• Equipment readiness checks and issue tracking.
• AY & PV build issues handling.
• Expense and capital management.
• Total variable cost management.
• Layout and ship tool/equipment coordination.
• Site prep inspection and audits.
• Cross-functional problem solving during installation.
• Set-up and debugging of tool/equipment.
• T3 - tool/equipment runoffs.
• Process capability check (CPK).
• Reaction plan submission and cycle-time checks.
• Process parameter checks and safety reviews.
• Lessons learned documentation.
