Chubb Ltd. is seeking a Technical Platform Owner to define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of auto insurance platforms across its Digital Transformation.

You will bridge business leadership, underwriting, and engineering to translate strategy into a prioritized backlog and deliver end-to-end underwriting solutions. The role requires owning the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, establishing a clear team vision, and delivering measurable outcomes for customers

Responsabilidades

• Establishing a clear vision reflecting the strategic goals of Chubb's digital transformation in Auto business and delivering excellence to customers through technology.
• Owning holistic team performance against business objectives and outcomes, balancing inputs from engineering, design, business, and operations to set a coherent product direction.
• Defining, refining, and prioritizing user stories, epics, and tasks daily, including backlog interactions with delivery units and platform teams.
• Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the team backlog from stakeholders and delivery input, ensuring the squad works on high-value items.
• Specifying acceptance criteria for each user story and writing acceptance tests grounded in business intent.
• Facilitating sprint planning sessions to reaffirm priorities, negotiate capacity, and align on requirements for each iteration.
• Facilitating release planning with stakeholders and participating in sprint ceremonies to keep cadence tight.
• Working with Business Stakeholders and Process Engineering to define OKRs and measure outcomes.
• Observing and engaging end users to understand needs, then communicating them clearly to the delivery team.
• Building strong relationships with underwriting, operations, technology, and senior leadership as a trusted voice on platform capabilities and roadmap.
