Chubb in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Technical Platform Owner to define the vision, strategy, and execution for auto insurance platforms within our Digital Transformation.

The role bridges business leaders, underwriting, and engineering to deliver measurable outcomes, translating strategy into a prioritized backlog and leading end-to-end delivery of underwriting solutions. Collaboration with senior stakeholders is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a Product Owner/Platform Owner/Product Manager role in insurance, financial services, or related tech domains.
• Proven ability to combine domain knowledge with product and digital know-how.
• Experience launching digital products end-to-end and leading delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive vision, strategy, and execution of auto insurance platforms.
• Own backlog performance and align with business objectives across teams.
• Define, refine, and prioritize user stories, epics, and tasks daily.
• Create and maintain prioritized backlog with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and author tests to ensure business intent is met.
• Lead sprint planning and release planning with stakeholders.
