ZIMMERMANN is seeking an Associate Store Manager for our Los Cabos store. You will lead the team while embodying the brand’s optimism, creativity, and sophistication, inspiring collaboration to drive a shared vision.

Bring proven leadership experience, superb organization, and a passion for fashion retail. You will recruit, train, and coach teammates to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client service in a luxury environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strong leadership and act as a role model for the team.
• Maximize sales through client service, visual presentation and brand experience.
• Ensure high standards of client service, product and brand knowledge.
• Foster a collaborative, positive working environment.
• Lead recruitment in line with diversity and inclusion goals.
• Develop a high performing team with strong morale and results.
• Identify succession plans and career paths with the Line Manager.
• Provide ongoing feedback and training per company guidelines.
• Maintain high Visual Presentation reflecting brand directives.
• Oversee store operations including stockroom and stocktake.
• Uphold WH&S standards and procedures.
• Manage rostering and timesheet creation.

Position Purpose

A rare opportunity exists for an Associate Store Manager to join our Los Cabos store. Our Associate Store Manager will lead the team whilst embodying the ZIMMERMANN brand: brining optimism, creativity, and sophistication in everything they do. Inspiring the team by leading by example to create a collaborative and motivating environment that fosters a shared brand vision.

Job Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities

• To consistently provide strong leadership, lead by example and present as a role model for all team members.
• Maximize sales by striving to be the best at providing excellence in Client Service, Visual Presentation and creating a memorable brand experience.
• To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge.
• Promote an enjoyable and collaborative working environment which promotes passion, focus and discipline.
• Drive the recruitment process in line with Zimmermann’s Diversity and inclusion vision.
• To successfully lead and develop a high performing team that achieves individual and team sales results, builds strong team morale and a positive workplace attitude.
• To identify the succession plan required to develop strong career paths for all team members in collaboration with Line Manager.
• Providing consistent feedback for the team’s development and training and following company guidelines when team member performance does not meet expectations.
• To ensure that a consistent high standard of Visual Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive.
• Oversee store operations including stockroom management and leading the Stock Coordinators through the stocktake in accordance with Zimmermann policy and procedure.
• To promote and always uphold the non-negotiable standards of the work health and safety policies and procedures.
• Effectively managing store rostering including timesheet management and roster creation.
