Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Associate Director - Solution Architect to design, implement, and evolve end-to-end healthcare analytics architectures. You will collaborate with clients, cloud engineers, and delivery teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions in a nearshore Mexico City setting.

You will shape cloud-native, data-driven architectures, with emphasis on AI integration, HL7/PHI considerations, and governance, while guiding teams through the full development

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in analytics or consulting.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Resume submission in English required; bilingual English/Spanish with professional workplace experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and evolve end-to-end technology architectures for healthcare analytics and platforms.
• Define scalable, secure architectures meeting business and technical needs.
• Lead engagement with clients, delivery teams, and cloud architects across projects.
• Champion AI, data platforms, and cloud modernization within healthcare contexts.
• Provide guidance on DevOps, security, and governance in production environments.
