Impact Advisors Mexico seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead to design and deliver advanced reporting and analytics for healthcare clients. You will guide the reporting workstream across Oracle Fusion applications and translate complex requirements into scalable solutions for executives.

The role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, data analysis, and client consulting, collaborating with functional teams and stakeholders across Financials, HCM, SCM, and CX.

Formación

• 8+ years in BI, analytics, or related tech roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion reporting strategy, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Serve as reporting lead across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts using OTBI, BIP, and related tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting specs, data models, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
