Globant is seeking a Tech Director in Mexico City to own end-to-end technical solutions for Consumer Goods and Retail clients. You will design architectures, challenge assumptions, review work, and raise the technical bar, with AI-accelerated engineering as the default.

You will lead across AI, Data, Cloud, and enterprise platforms, ensuring quality, scalability, and security from proposal through delivery.

Formación

• 12+ years in enterprise technology and proven solution architecture leadership on complex programs.
• Hands-on background in code, architecture, integration, and non-functional design.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end solution architecture across AI, Data, Cloud, Commerce, and enterprise platforms.
• Pressure-test estimates, architectures, dependencies, and non-functional requirements; push back when needed.
• Partner with client technology and business leaders to turn ambiguous problems into buildable solutions.
• Apply AI-accelerated engineering across the SDLC with human-in-the-loop controls.
• Identify where AI, automation, and new platforms create business capability and build POCs.
• Grow architects and engineering leads; set the standard for excellence across Studios and partners.
