As a Customer Success Manager for the Enterprise Delivery Restaurants team, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and operational excellence for Uber Eats' largest restaurant partners in Mexico. Acting as a strategic and analytical partner to Account Managers, commercial leads, and cross‑functional teams, you will translate complex data into actionable insights, identify high‑impact opportunities, and drive initiatives that directly contribute to business performance.
This role combines strategic thinking, analytical depth, and end‑to‑end ownership. You will independently lead key workstreams, from diagnosing business performance and identifying growth opportunities to developing scalable solutions and ensuring effective execution. A core responsibility will be driving restaurant operational excellence, partnering closely with Merchant Operations, Territory Ops, and commercial teams to improve merchant performance and customer experience.
You will also play an active role in shaping business decisions by building compelling, data‑driven narratives and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and restaurant partners, including participation in business reviews. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits.
