Formación

As a Chatbot Builder for this fast-growing startup, you will help millions of people find jobs 10 times faster than today by designing conversational bots that automate interactions with candidates and deliver a much better experience than any other job application method. You will build recruitment solutions for companies in Mexico, Latin America, and the United States such as BBVA, Grupo Bimbo, and Manpower.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full chatbot development lifecycle—from ideation to delivery
• Design and configure conversational flows using Apli’s low-code tools
• Translate recruitment processes into clear, logical, and user-centric chat scripts
• Conduct user experience testing and iterate based on feedback
• Collaborate with peers, team leads, and clients to align process design with business needs
• Document and maintain chatbot flows and related assets
• Stay current with industry trends in conversational interfaces, automation, and user behavior

Qualifications

English level C1 or higher, able to hold a conversation.

Live in Mexico an has labor permission (CURP)

At least one year of professional or academic experience using low-code tools.

Are currently studying or have a degree in communication, marketing, systems, engineering, physics, or mathematics (not mandatory)
