MAHLE in Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to maximize equipment uptime and improve process reliability while developing technical talent and supporting safe, high-quality production through maintenance and automation leadership.

The role requires strong maintenance management knowledge and experience with electrical/electronic systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC/vision systems. English is desirable for collaboration across teams.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, Maintenance Supervisor or Coordinator.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of maintenance management.
• Knowledge of electricity, electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Control systems.
• Vision systems.
• Budget management.
• English proficiency is desirable.
