Job summary

Placements24 recruits a Junior Training and Development Assistant for a manufacturing client in Puebla. The role supports planning, delivery, and assessment of training programs to boost employee skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in training and employee development.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
• Develop and update training materials and e-learning content.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback surveys.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report key metrics.
• Handle logistics for training events (rooms, equipment, catering).
• Provide administrative support to the Training and Development team.
• Research new training methods and industry best practices.
• Communicate training opportunities and schedules to staff.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning within the company.
