Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and the recruitment process.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within Human Resources.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential candidate information.
• Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networks.
• Screen resumes against job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Communicate updates and feedback to candidates.
• Assist in conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Maintain ATS with candidate information and status.
• Support onboarding for new hires.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment projects and initiatives.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
• Contribute to employer branding through positive candidate interactions.
