Twin Dolphin Los Cabos is seeking a Golf Shop Assistant to deliver a high-level, detail-oriented experience to members and guests. This role reports directly to the Director of Golf and the Head Golf Professional, working closely with them to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include managing tee-time reservations using Club Essentials, assisting with retail merchandising, coordinating services for members and guests, and maintaining a professional appearance and service during

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized service to members and guests.
• Manage tee-time, F&B, and activity reservations.
• Support retail operations: organizing, cleaning, inventory control.
• Monitor play and guest check-ins; collect fees.
• Coordinate with Security, Caddies, F&B staff, and Golf Professionals.
• Handle administrative tasks: POs, payments, vendor communication.
• Rotate and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver high-quality experiences by anticipating needs.
• Support F&B and valet during peak periods.
• Participate in ongoing customer service and product knowledge training.
• Uphold professional appearance and conduct.
• Work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
