The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of payroll or accounting experience, proficiency with Aspel NOI and Contpaqi Nóminas, and strong Excel skills. Fluency in Spanish and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll processing or general accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations, labor laws, and tax obligations.
• Proficiency with payroll software Aspel NOI and Contpaqi Nóminas; strong MS Excel skills.
• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish; strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
• Maintain employee payroll records including new hires and terminations.
• Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and social security contributions (IMSS, Infonavit).
• Prepare payroll reports for management and government agencies.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable and data entry.
• Support month-end closing procedures and financial reconciliation.
