Formación

• Strong client interaction skills including customer service and follow-up.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Spanish; basic English is a plus.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with sales targets and CRM or tracking tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Saltillo, COA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in commercial or sales roles in marketing, advertising, or related fields is desirable.

Role Description

The Asesor Comercial role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saltillo, COA. This role is responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting digital marketing services, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and conducting meetings, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. The Asesor Comercial collaborates with the marketing team to align client needs with agency offerings, contributes to sales targets, and supports the continuous improvement of commercial strategies.

Qualifications
