Responsibilities include meetings, proposals, accurate records, and proactive follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with the marketing team helps tailor offerings and support continuous improvement of commercial strategies.

Formación

• Strong client interaction skills including customer service and follow-up.
• Proven ability in sales and commercial management within agency or service environments.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media) and ability to communicate their value to clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Spanish; basic English is a plus.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with sales targets and CRM or tracking tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Saltillo, COA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in commercial or sales roles in marketing, advertising, or related fields is desirable.
