Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in project management with healthcare facility development.
• Experience managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of healthcare design principles, building codes and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

Our client, a specialized healthcare development firm, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Arquitecto/a de Gestión de Proyectos to oversee the planning and execution of healthcare facilities. This role, based in Naucalpan, State of Mexico , focuses on ensuring that medical infrastructure projects meet stringent industry standards, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. You will manage all phases of project development, from feasibility studies and design coordination to construction oversight and project closeout. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare facility design, project management methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
