Qualifications

• Título universitario en Arquitectura.
• Licencia profesional de Arquitectura (COAM o equivalente).
• Mínimo 10 años de experiencia progresiva en diseño arquitectónico y gestión de proyectos.
• Demostrada experiencia gestionando proyectos desde concepto hasta entrega.
• Experiencia en diseño resiliente y prácticas sostenibles (LEED, BREEAM).
• Conocimiento de software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

Responsibilities

• Supervisar conceptualización, diseño y fases de ejecución de proyectos arquitectónicos.
• Liderar y orientar equipos de proyecto, fomentando un entorno de trabajo productivo.
• Desarrollar y presentar soluciones de diseño innovadoras a clientes y reguladores.
• Realizar análisis de sitio, estudios de viabilidad y evaluación de riesgos para informar decisiones de diseño.
• Garantizar cumplimiento de códigos de construcción y normas de sostenibilidad.
• Integrar principios de diseño resiliente y tecnologías sostenibles en todos los proyectos.
• Colaborar con ingenieros, contratistas y consultores para entrega de proyectos.
• Gestionar relaciones con clientes y mantener comunicación proactiva durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the conceptualization, design, and execution phases of diverse architectural projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Develop and present innovative design solutions to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct thorough site analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform design decisions.

• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional architectural license (COAM or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong emphasis on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion.
• Expertise in resilient design strategies, sustainable building practices (LEED, BREEAM, etc.), and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methods.
• Experience working with diverse client groups and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing office-based collaboration with remote flexibility.
