Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Arquitecto/a de Gestión de Proyectos to oversee planning and execution of healthcare facilities in Naucalpan, State of Mexico. The role focuses on ensuring projects meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.

You will manage all phases from feasibility through construction and closeout, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders while navigating budgets, schedules, and quality expectations in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in project management with healthcare facility development.
• Experience managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of healthcare design principles, building codes and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of healthcare facility construction projects from conception through completion.
• Coordinate with architectural and engineering teams ensuring design compliance with healthcare standards.
• Develop project plans, budgets and schedules, and monitor progress.
• Oversee construction activities ensuring quality, safety and adherence to specifications.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
• Manage contracts, procurements and vendor relationships.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
