Amazon is looking for high-potential leaders to own their impact as an entry-level Area Manager Jr in our Mexico Operations. You will lead and coach a team of Amazon Associates in a Sort Center, fostering a people-focused leadership style while mastering our tools, processes, and safety standards.

This onsite role requires rotating schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Rotating, flexible schedule including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Amazon Associates.
• Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
• Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Associates
• Ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention
• Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards
• Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality
