Job summary

Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an Area Manager to own impact in Amazon Operations. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, train staff, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently with a strong customer focus.

You will work a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends, with overtime during peak periods. A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred to support operations and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Get Amazon customers their orders by leading warehouse associates.
• Be available to work overtime during peak season and year-round.
• Lead and develop a team of 30–80 hourly associates per Amazon Leadership Principles.
• Identify and lead process improvements using Lean tools to delight customers.
