Amazon is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager in León, Mexico. You will lead a team of technicians, coaching them to maintain high equipment availability through preventive maintenance and rigorous safety practices.

You will work with the wider network to implement standard procedures and drive safe, reliable operations. The role requires leadership experience, CMMS proficiency, and strong English communication.

Formación

• 2+ years in direct leadership/supervisory roles.
• 2+ years CMMS experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of technicians to maintain safety and standard work.
• Ensure high equipment availability through preventive maintenance and process compliance.
• Coordinate training and ensure adequate technical coverage across shifts.
• Support safety programs with Site leadership and safety departments.
• Organize local projects and support network-wide initiatives.
