Own Company in Mexico City is seeking a Lead Data Systems Engineer who will own the end-to-end delivery of data products, building private ecosystems of AI agents and data pipelines. You will apply depth-first engineering to production-grade results and ensure robust, scalable data solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and collaboration with executives to scale data-driven decision making across the organization. Strong Python/SQL and cloud experience are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in high-stakes Data Engineering, Architecture, or Data Science.
• Strong Python and SQL expertise.
• Experience with data tooling and platforms like Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
• Experience with AI-assisted data systems and agent-based workflows.
• Ability to operate autonomously with architectural depth.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain a private ecosystem of 10+ autonomous agents for ETL, synthetic data generation, QA, and modeling.
• Design multi-step reasoning architectures and verification protocols for agent outputs.
• Transform vague business requirements into production-ready data products independently.
• Governance as code for data pipelines and agentic development.
• Develop and maintain Model Context Protocol servers to access Snowflake, Salesforce, AWS, and internal catalogs.
