Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong verbal proficiency.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and interpreter etiquette.
• Familiar with IMIA, NBCMI and NCIHC codes of ethics.
• HIPAA-compliant work environment and data handling.

• Provide effective over-the-phone interpreting (VRI) services.
