STAND 8 Technology Consulting is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure timely accounting processes and deliver customer service to contractors and vendors. The role focuses on invoicing, payments, collections, and payroll setup using industry-standard tools.

You will work with a U.S.-based company and interact with clients professionally. The ideal candidate has a accounting/finance background, 2–4 years bookkeeping experience, and strong command of QuickBooks Online, ADP

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance preferred.
• 2–4 years bookkeeping experience.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, ADP WorkforceNow, and Bullhorn preferred.
• Previous experience working for a U.S.-based company.
• Strong understanding of basic U.S. accounting principles.
• Must interact with clients professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Create and send invoices in QuickBooks Online.
• Record payments in QuickBooks Online.
• Manage collections on accounts.
• Send remittance details and clear invoices with our lender.
• Set up payroll through ADP WorkforceNow.
• Manage commissions.
• Maintain statements of work and purchase orders.
