STAND 8 Technology Consulting is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure timely accounting processes and deliver customer service to contractors and vendors. The role focuses on invoicing, payments, collections, and payroll setup using industry-standard tools.

You will work with a U.S.-based company and interact with clients professionally. The ideal candidate has a accounting/finance background, 2–4 years bookkeeping experience, and strong command of QuickBooks Online, ADP

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance preferred.
• 2–4 years bookkeeping experience.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, ADP WorkforceNow, and Bullhorn preferred.
• Previous experience working for a U.S.-based company.
• Strong understanding of basic U.S. accounting principles.
• Must interact with clients professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring key accounting functions are completed in a timely manner and providing top-notch customer service to our contractors and vendors. This position places a strong emphasis on the successful execution of established accounting processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and send invoices in Quickbooks Online
• Record payments in Quickbooks Online
• Manage Collections on accounts
• Send remittance details and clear invoices with our lender
• Set up Payroll through ADP WorkforceNow
• Manage Commissions
• Keep track of statements of work and purchase orders

Required Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, preferred
• 2-4 years bookkeeping experience
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks Online, ADP WorkforceNow, and Bullhorn, preferred
• Previous experience working for a U.S.-based company
• Strong understanding of Basic U.S. Accounting Principles
• Experience working in an Accounting/Finance department
• Must be able to interact with clients in a professional manner
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong administrative skills with significant attention to detail
• Ability to perform mathematical and data processing tasks rapidly and accuratelyi>
• Ability to exercise professional judgement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
