Job summary

RS Group is seeking an AR Manager to provide day-to-day operational support for the accounts receivable team, overseeing Customer Master, Credit and Collections, and Cash Applications. You will lead a team of AR professionals, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across Finance and Operations to ensure accurate and timely AR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred and 7+ years of AR experience with system implementation.
• 4+ years managing teams.
• Strong understanding of AR Order to Cash and managing multiple AR transactions.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong ability to analyze data from various sources.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle and High Radius accounting systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for the AR team.
• Manage AR portfolios by customer groups including Billing, Collections and Dispute management.
• Create and complete advanced analyses and reconciliations as needed.
• Review account status and provide feedback to portfolio owners.
• Lead AR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and develop AR staff and maintain process documentation.
• Support audit and month-end close activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate AR transactions before month-end close.
