Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience (team lead or supervisory responsibilities) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AR disputes activities including outreach, follow-up, prioritization, and aging management.
• Manage dispute resolution workflows, including root-cause identification and coordination.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the Americas.
