PepsiCo is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support timely balance management for warehouse accounts, reconcile adjustments, and process rebills. You will collaborate with account owners, leverage Excel for data extraction, and help drive process improvements while maintaining strong customer service.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Control/Operations.
• Fluent in English and able to work under deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with data.
• Proficient in Excel for data extraction and reporting.
• Excellent written and oral communication with internal and external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Timely and accurate follow-up on open balances in the Arctree system within the SLA.
• Timely reconciliation of AR adjustments and rebill balances.
• Research, troubleshoot, and rebill balances as needed.
• Communicate with account owners to validate pricing.
• Manage customer responses and rebill activity for non-national accounts.
• Provide field location leaders with ad-hoc support and process-improvement updates.
