PHINIA is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in Mexico to support billing accuracy, reconciliation, and financial reporting. The role focuses on improving AR aging, participating in process improvements, and delivering data-driven insights using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python.

You will work within a diverse, global team and interact with finance and operations to ensure timely collections and accurate reporting. Fluency in English is required to collaborate across borders.

Formación

• Degree programs related to Administration, Computer Science, Finance, and Systems Engineering.
• Experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (desired).
• Working knowledge of Customer Service.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial consolidation reporting systems (desired).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
