Valeo seeks an APU Quality Leader to coordinate quality activities across the APU, drive process and product audits, and train the team in logical thinking. This role cannot supersede Site Quality Manager authority but supports the APU and site leadership in issue analysis and containment.

The position includes stopping a line if safety or quality risk is detected, updating control plans, and representing the customer on quality matters. Permanent contract.

Formación

• Experience coordinating quality teams within an automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to initiate and lead QRQC investigations and containment actions.
• Strong coaching and training skills for Logical Thinking and quality processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate quality members inside the APU and lead process/process audit activities.
• Perform line audits to ensure adherence to standards and implement corrective actions.
• Update quality tracking charts and ensure awareness/approval of changes per 4M matrix.
