Valeo, a global automotive technology leader, seeks a Quality – Operations professional to audit production lines, verify safety and quality work instructions, and confirm the release of the first piece according to standards. You will inspect poka-yoke devices and ensure controls meet the control plan requirements.

You will train operators on quality requirements, manage deviations with the APU Quality Engineer and Manager, and participate in Stop Scrap analyses and continuous improvement

Formación

• Audits in production to verify safety and quality work instructions.
• Validate release of first pieces and confirm control plans.
• Check Poka Yokes and ensure proper functioning of quality devices.
• Identify non-conformities and notify supervisors/engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quality alerts and train teams on content.
• Maintain measurement equipment and calibration schedules.
• Ensure product identification and containment of suspect material.
• Escalate deviations with supervisors and engineers.
