Valeo, a tech global automotive supplier, seeks a production and people leader for its Nuevo León APU. You will manage a team, enforce health, safety and environmental rules, and drive SQCDM performance and profitability.

You will lead training plans, monitor competences, coordinate with support functions, and drive continuous improvement, industrialization of new projects, and successful start-ups. Join a multicultural environment with opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• Experience in leading production teams and ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Ability to build training plans and monitor team competencies.
• Strong communication and leadership to drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure induction for new employees within the perimeter.
• Monitor competences and develop autonomy via training plans.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental rules are followed on the APU.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly meetings and organize delegation.
• Conduct appraisals, salary reviews and career interviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and SQCDM performance on the APU.
• Coordinate corrective actions and escalation for issues.
• Involve in industrialization of new projects and proper start-ups.
