Siemens is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team and support internal Siemens business applications used primarily by users in the United States. This early-career opportunity is designed for recent graduates to build expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform while developing a strong foundation in application support and problem solving.

• Provide functional and technical support for internal business applications.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests, identifying root causes.
• Support US-based users, understanding their needs and providing clear solutions.
• Troubleshoot application behavior using browser DevTools and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with development, technical, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Support basic configuration and enhancements.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Maintain technical and functional documentation and contribute ideas to improve support processes.

This is an early-career opportunity designed for recent graduates who want to build their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform while developing a strong foundation in application support, troubleshooting, and digital business solutions.

We are looking for someone with basic web development knowledge, strong communication skills, curiosity, and the motivation to learn.

You will receive training on our applications, technologies, internal processes, and business environment while gaining hands‑on exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Provide functional and technical support for internal business applications.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests, identifying the root cause of application issues.
• Support primarily US-based users, understanding their needs and providing clear, effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot application behavior using browser developer tools and other diagnostic resources.
• Collaborate with development, technical, and business teams to resolve issues and ensure service continuity.
• Support basic application configurations and enhancements.
• Gain hands‑on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Maintain technical and functional documentation and contribute ideas to continuously improve our support processes.

What You'll Bring

• Recent graduate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools or basic web troubleshooting concepts.
• Advanced English, as you will communicate regularly with users based in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• A proactive, customer‑focused attitude and genuine interest in learning new technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
