Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team and support internal Siemens business applications used primarily by users in the United States. Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Provide functional and technical support for internal business applications.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests, identifying the root cause of application issues.
• Support primarily US-based users, understanding their needs and providing clear, effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot application behavior using browser developer tools and other diagnostic resources.
• Collaborate with development, technical, and business teams to resolve issues and ensure service continuity.

What You'll Bring
