Job summary

PALO IT is hiring an API Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of APIs provisioned from middleware. The role blends technical, operational, and governance skills to ensure availability, security, and performance of interfaces.

Based in a global tech consultancy, you will design, document, test, and monitor APIs while collaborating with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of API experience, MuleSoft certification, AWS experience, and strong English; hybrid work

What does an API Analyst do at PALO IT?
As an API Analyst at PALO IT, you will:

Analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for APIs (endpoints, methods, payloads).

What experience do you need for this role?
You're a strong fit for this role if you have:

Required:

3+ years of experience in a similar position.

Proficient in API design and implementation using tools like Mulesoft and AWS.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

Certification in Mulesoft.

Intermediate to advanced level of English.

Nice-to-have:

Experience in cloud integration tools, particularly middleware solutions like Boomie, Software AG, etc.

Background in the transportation industry.

Knowledge of monitoring tools (Mulesoft API Manager, New Relic) and data visualization (Grafana, Kibana).
