ITT Inc. busca un Analista de Cuentas por Cobrar para gestionar facturación y cobranzas, asegurando reconocimiento de ingresos y cumplimiento de términos comerciales. Tendrá responsabilidad sobre CFDI, cobros y reportes en ERP Epicor.

El rol requiere experiencia en facturación, conocimiento de CFDI y manejo de Excel; se trabajará en un entorno corporativo con enfoque en control interno y cumplimiento normativo ISO 9001:2015.

Formación

• Licenciatura en Contabilidad.
• Experiencia de 5 años en un rol similar.
• Conocimientos de facturación CFDI y regulaciones SAT.

Responsabilidades

• Emisión de CFDI (facturas, notas de crédito y débito) para transacciones nacionales y de exportación.
• Transmisión y registro diario de facturas a clientes por correo electrónico y portales.
• Seguimiento de facturación con pagos parciales o progresivos conforme a órdenes de compra.
• Registro y aplicación diaria de pagos, créditos y notas en ERP (Epicor).
• Gestión y seguimiento de cobranzas para mantener actualizados y conciliados los saldos de cuentas por cobrar.
• Elaboración y distribución de estados de cuenta de clientes.
• Análisis de comportamiento crediticio y evaluación de crédito.
• Coordinación con ventas, logística y otros equipos para cumplir plazos de facturación.
• Monitoreo de documentación requerida para evitar retrasos en pagos.
• Procesamiento de fianzas, garantías bancarias y bonos de desempeño.
• Registro y monitoreo de tipos de cambio diarios.
• Auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con cuentas por cobrar.
• Análisis y preparación de informes AR, cierre mensual y reporte vs pronósticos.

Resumen de Posición

Fully responsible for the company's Accounts Receivable process—including invoicing, collections, payment application, portfolio management, and administrative-accounting support—ensuring timely revenue recognition, compliance with commercial terms, and proper tax documentation.

Responsabilidades Esenciales

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issuance of CFDI (invoices, credit notes, and debit notes) for domestic and export transactions.
• Daily transmission and recording of invoices to customers via email and portals.
• Tracking of invoicing involving partial or progressive payments in accordance with purchase orders.
• Daily application of payments, credits, and notes in the ERP system (Epicor).
• Management and follow-up of collections, keeping the accounts receivable portfolio up-to-date and reconciled.
• Preparation and distribution of customer account statements.
• Analysis of customer credit behavior and credit evaluation.
• Coordination with sales, logistics/traffic, warehouse, and project teams to meet invoicing deadlines.
• Monitoring of customer-required documentation to prevent payment delays.
• Processing of surety bonds, bank guarantees, and performance bonds.
• Recording and monitoring of daily exchange rates.
• Handling internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.
• Analysis and preparation of AR account reports, monthly closing, and invoicing vs. forecast reports.
• Administrative, accounting, and tax support related to revenue and collections.
