Nextracker is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team at our Guadalajara, Mexico office (Hybrid - 4 days onsite minimum). This role involves crisis management as an escalation point, issue resolution, and the receipt, processing, and verification of invoices and expense reports from vendors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review of provisions
• Payment forecast analysis
• Data and internal report analysis

Professional Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, financial management, or equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience
• Basic proficiency in MS Outlook and strong skills in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
