SimCorp is seeking an Analytics Operations Analyst (SRE Track) to help monitor client analytics workflows within a global SaaS platform. You will perform initial issue investigations, coordinate with international teams, and contribute to dashboards and automation to enhance system reliability.

The role offers a hybrid work model with office presence required part of the week and opportunities for growth into SRE capabilities. Strong technical curiosity and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Experience monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving infra/production issues on a SaaS platform.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Kibana, Grafana, Datadog).
• Strong incident management and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with cloud technology (Azure) and Kubernetes problem solving.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell and Python.
• Experience with REST APIs using Postman/Swagger.
• Exposure to SQL for client jobs analysis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee client processing, perform initial investigation and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with global Analytics Operations and Managed Services teams for round-the-clock service.
• Contribute to dashboards and alerting to automate client process monitoring.
• Liaise with Global teams to follow up on Incidents and drive improvements.
